Welcome to Sentra. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sentra platform, including our website, point-of-sale system, business management tools, and related services (“Service”).
By creating an account or using Sentra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you create an account on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to promptly update any information that changes.
Any business website or social media link you provide during registration must be accurate and associated with the business for which the account is created. Sentra may contact the business or associated account using the information you provide to verify your registration or the legitimacy of the business.
Providing false, invalid, unrelated, or unverifiable information, or failing to respond to reasonable verification attempts, may result in temporary account restriction or suspension.
You are responsible for ensuring that only authorized users have access to your account.
3. Use of the Service
Sentra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal business operations in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customer accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
- Upload malicious software or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
4. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of Sentra require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees, billing intervals, and available plans are displayed within the Service and may change from time to time. Price changes will not affect an active billing period.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.
Payments submitted for manual verification will not activate your subscription until successfully verified by Sentra.
5. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all business data, records, inventory information, sales data, customer information, and other content you submit through the Service.
You grant Sentra only the rights necessary to store, process, and display your data for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Data Backup and Availability
While Sentra uses reasonable measures designed to protect your data, no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or prevent every instance of data loss, corruption, or service interruption.
You are responsible for maintaining copies of important business records and reports.
Sentra is not liable for data loss, corruption, or unavailability resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, cloud infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
7. Third-Party Services
Sentra relies on third-party service providers to operate certain parts of the Service, including cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and other infrastructure.
Availability of the Service may be affected by outages or issues experienced by these providers.
8. BIR Compliance
Sentra provides software tools to assist businesses with recording sales and managing operations.
You remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, tax obligations, and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements, including the accuracy of information entered into the Service and the submission of any required reports.
9. Hardware Purchases
Products purchased through Sentra, including receipt printers and accessories, are subject to availability.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Warranty, replacement, or return eligibility may depend on the manufacturer’s warranty or applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Intellectual Property
Sentra, including its software, design, branding, logos, documentation, and related content, is owned by Sentra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
11. Service Changes
We may improve, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice for significant changes affecting paying customers.
12. Suspension and Termination
Sentra may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
- Submit false payment information.
- Use the Service in a manner that threatens the security or operation of the platform.
Sentra may also restrict or suspend your account if you provide false, misleading, or unverifiable business information, or fail to complete or respond to reasonable account or business verification requests.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentra disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sentra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or business interruption.
Sentra’s total liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Sentra during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
