Check an unexpected inventory quantity in Sentra

Verify the branch and product variant, review Inventory history, and collect the details needed to investigate a stock difference.

Published

When a Sentra stock quantity differs from your count, first confirm the branch and product variant. Then review the product’s Inventory history, including recent sales and restocking, before reporting the difference.

Match the branch and item

Open Products and confirm the branch you are viewing. Open the affected product and check the exact variant, such as its size or flavor.

Compare quantities using the same unit. In a hypothetical shop selling sachets individually, a count of three packs is not directly comparable with stock recorded as individual sachets; check how many sachets each pack contains.

Review Inventory history

On the product page, find Inventory history. The history shows the movement type, variant, change, previous quantity, new quantity, actor, and date.

Review recent sales and restocking for the affected item. Check the time of your physical count against those movements so that a sale after the count is not mistaken for an unexplained loss.

Send an unresolved difference to support

Include the product name, variant, branch, expected quantity, and displayed quantity. Add the count time and any relevant inventory movement or sale reference.

Use the support message checklist. If the problem was caused by viewing a different location, follow Check which branch you are using.
